In the US, one is not actually an "Electrical Engineer" until passing a Professional Engineering exam. Depending on the state, continuing education units may be required to keep the license valid. Many marketing and educational organizations may offer presentations which are valid for CEUs. They can be tracked by sites / services such as redvector.

"OND" assumed to be "Ordinary National Diploma"
approx. "BSEE" in the states.
