I did it and lost 18 pounds, It is hard and you will begin to change into the biggest b itch in the world. It actually does supress your apetite, You will lose alot of weight but expect to gain about 5 pouinds back, because you will start to eat again. It is a cleansing diet that cleanses your system, its fasting which is normal. I didnt experience any smell.

You may end up with stomach troubles with all that acid you are putting into your body..

If you want to lose weight fast but healthfully go on a 7 to 10 juice fast but use fruits in the morning and your veggies during the day
and at night! Include a good protein powder to every shake you make..After the 7 to 10 days slowly add solids back into your diet and stay away from white flour and sugary foods...Also limit your intake of the more sugary veggies like carrots and stick more with greens and cleansing veggies..You can add apples to anything but don't over do it the pectin in apples is good for digestion so is pineapple....

Some people don't lose much weight because of sugar intake..Find what works for you but if you get sick or have problems during the fast then stop... And most of all you must exercise....Most people want results without working for it!

All diets work in the same way. If they restrict calories to a point where you are burning more than you eat, you will lose weight. If the diet does this than it will work, if not you will fail. Whether or not a diet is healthy is separate from whether or not it will work. If you severely restrict calories to under 1200 per day, you will lose weight but going this route is very unhealthy so be careful when reading about these diets. Also beware of diets that limit you to one food. Even if you are taking in a good amount of calories, you won't be able to get all the vitamins, nutrients, fat, carbohydrates or protein from just one type of food.

The pros? There is none!

By drinking a lot of lemonade, you will urinate an awful lot and thus, your potassium will start to deplete. This can cause an irregular heart beat or even death if enough of the potassium is depleted. (eat lots of bananas and potatos to replenish the potassium).

You will also not get the other vital nurtrients for your body, since its only suposed to drink this silly stuff and not eat proper food, amd I correct? Depleting vital chemicals and nutrients is never a good thing.

By drinking volumes of water, you can actually poison your system with water toxicity! Thus killing yourself if you drink too much and not eat enough.

Also, your system will turn acidic, as lemonade is low on the PH scale. So, your "will" start to smell bad as your system gets rancid and your sweat turns sour...

Ugh...

I wish you well...

Pros - you may lose some weight, but it's not a healthy way to do it.
cons - not healthy way and weight often comes back.
You do not eat ANYTHING for the entire time

Not sure about the body smell - could be toxins leaving the body.

For a healthy and supported cleanse try one that provides you with individual coaching. I've been working with a lady in Wisconsin that has been great and I've had some wonderful results.

No. Don't do it. 10 days of fasting? Well, let me tell you what will happen. Yes, you probably will smell like yesterday's diapers. But worse than that, any weight you lose on this ridiculous diet you will gain right back as soon as you start to eat again. And you'll probably end up heavier than you were before you started.

Fasting is the WORST thing you can do to yourself. Too much food, then no food, than back to too much food.

Don't know but drinking just lemonade for 10 days can't be healthy.

All drastic "fad" diets are foolish and dangerous. Just eat less and exercise more.
