does anyone have any methods to help reduce the effect of Hayfever??

apart from the vaseline around the eyes and nose?

Get a good air purifier. Have it in your bedroom at night. Also never hang your clothes on the line when the pollen count is high. If you have good insurance, you can get allergy desensitation shots. They really help, but they can cost $6000 if you do not have good insurance.

I have tried every tablet going and find that the only one that works for me is Benadryl.
