Thank you! It hurts me when I see people talking badly about my faith. It's worse than somebody talking badly about my children. I wish people would realize how much they do hurt others and quit being so cruel.

Hello, Attitude:
Guess you haven't read the Book, this has been going on since Cain presented God a bum offering, then killed his brother.
Not much you can do about it either but let us hope that we can express our beliefs in this forum in a manner where we remain factual, and do not try to deceive the other person.
Personally, I have found many wonderful responses from believers and learned to respect them for ther loyalty.
Although Satan is certainly here with his evil accomplices, Still God can use these pages to increase faith.
There is a Bible code in the only scriptures that says "These words are sealed until the end of the days." You will find the "unsealed" message both interesting and informative at: www.revelado.org/revealed.htm
Blessings and AGAPE love

That was wonderful. All religions are wonderful and we should give up trying to figure out why that person chose that religion. As long as that person is happy then why should we tell them that their faith is wrong?
Edit:
I think that there is a difference between asking and insulting...
1. Why do Muslim women wear the hijab? Is it part of their religion?
2. Why are Muslim women stupid enough to wear that hijab? Are they brainwashed fools?

regardless of being an atheist I do have self belief that Christians, Muslims and Jews all have self belief in the comparable God. I come from a non secular family contributors and studied faith extremely plenty in school (this is how i ended up an atheist!). I merely discover maximum of contradictions in the practice of the a number of faiths. working example: in the Koran nowhere does it state that girls human beings ought to cover themselves from head to foot while performing in public. Mohammed cautioned his followers to understand girls human beings to no longer subjugate them. The fundamentalists have taken Mohammed's writings and fully twisted them to healthful their very very own ends. the comparable would be pronounced for the Christian church. Christ became the money lenders out of the temple however the Church of britain at the instant are the biggest land vendors in the rustic.

Talking to others about religion is not wrong. I feel insulting someone because of what they believe is wrong, not asking why they practice something. But to many people who said no religion would give the world peace, they are wrong too. Unfortunately, peace is not something we can achieve globally. Even if no one believed in any god or religion, people will still find something to fight over. It's human nature to fight and disagree. It keeps people happy. (Besides, the biggest U.S. war going on know in the Middle East was not started by religion. It was capitalism.)

okay....well.....true, we all needa get along, but telling this to people is not even worth the time it took you to type it. I am a Christian, but I love muslims and jews and buddhists and whatever else there is....But just because i love them as a person, does not mean i agree with their doctrine. We as Christians are told to shun profane doctrine, such as the Koran.
Also, when ones religion tells the followers to kill anyone of another religion, then we have a problem....but when it is people of MY OWN faith.....we have a BIG PROBLEM.....
maybe you need to read up on your doctrine before you say "we should all get along".....Study about how the seperation of faiths came about, and why their is such hatred in the Arab community.....Then say that we should all get along.

We are in the R&S section. This is where religion is discussed and opinions are given. Whether or not you or I or anyone else agrees with those opinions does not even matter and won't bring about world peace.
May God Bless you.

Very true. This has been said a few times on this site.
But, what if we dumped all religions. No exceptions. Think of the peace there would be then. No gods or mystery people to fight over.

Beautiful. Have you read the crap in the torah. Some of it is beautiful. The stuff in the front. Once you dig a little deeper, you will find a book with a list of reasons to kill your neighbor. I believe in freedom, ecspecially the freedom to choose your own partner. Killing someone for having sex with whoever they choose, is not beautiful, it's faschism.
