Maybe people just haven't gotten to know the truth yet, so maybe we have to search for the truth so that more people can be saved. We have to tell more people about Jesus so that all souls can be saved. I believe Catholics are Christians and many of them are really sincere Christians in the true sense of the word. We pray for the unity of all Christians and of the salvation of all people. God loves everyone and He wants all of us to go to heaven so lets all work together to get as many of us home as soon and as effectively as possible. God bless us all.

About like saying Blacks are not human. The defining factor in being a Christian is the personal Belief in Jesus Christs Salvational work on the Cross for redemption of Sins. This is something the Catholic Church has been reluctant to stress the importance of while promoting their own Organization. I know as I was a lost soul while fully conforming to all the Catholic Ordinances for many years. Then with the Evangelical Boom in the mid 60's that saw declining numbers of Catholics, the Church was hard put not to teach something about Christs purpose. Today they are still an Overbearing Organization trying to impose Their Will upon people instead of teaching Gods Holy Word of Freedom!!! The Catholic Church is one of the most murderous organizations ever Spawned by Satan!!! That being said, I know a few Christians that still attend service at Catholic Churches because they just like the Pagentry which is contrary to Christs' teaching, but I know they are saved. I also now some of the TOP Catholic Officials at the Vatican who are lost souls as many of the Popes have also been. U see Christ is a Personal Choice for Eternal Life something the Catholic Church can't promise! I have seen the Church drain Family members to financial ruin charging them to "Pray" some departed member into Heaven, HOGWASH!!!!! One way to Heaven, Believe in Christ WHILE HERE ON EARTH!!!! Just some insight for U. John

It's very VERY silly. Without the original Universal (i.e., Catholic) Church and all the people who died for its survival, there would be no Christianity.
Dear Chippy - you should know the original scriptures say Do Not Babble. Do not babble like the pagans do.
That edit - changing babble to repeat - is less than 400 years old. A little bit of anti-Catholicism that now has the General Christian Public praying exactly as God does not wish it.
Our Protestant brethren will go on and on with: I just ask and I just ask and I just ask... for half an hour in the same prayer. Babbbling. God already knows what is in your heart.
The Psalms have been Repeated for 7000 years.

A lot of people claim to know what Catholicism is about based on what they see on TV - or hear from some 'source'. This is how they come to conclusion that Catholics just can't be Christians.
In reality - they have no real grasp on the Catholic faith. They have no indepth understanding of why Catholics do they things they do. They would rather believe lies then anything else.
I have no time for such people. I stopped having time a long time ago.
Now if someone comes to me with honest questions - even as an ex-Catholic I will do my best to answer them. But I don't get riled up about the complete ignorance shown by others.

Catholics are the only Christians since Catholicism is the only divinely instituted religion. Jesus Christ formed the Catholic faith in the year 33 and to abuse the Catholic faith is to abuse God Himself. All other 'christian' denominations are man-made and thus cannot be truly Christian.
The Roman Catholic church is the only ark of salvation. Not because I say so but because Church history and the facts speak for themselves. To claim that Catholics are not Christians is not just silly, but an outright lie designed to keep souls from salvation.

Silly isn't quite the right word. Catholics are the original Christians.
Maybe the Christians as a group need to figure out what, exactly, is the one, true, right belief before they try to convert anyone else. They can't even agree among themselves.

Sorry..I didnt realize that anyone (including me) had ever said that. Catholics are Christians just as are all the other Christian faiths. Christianity is simply an overall term to describe those people who believe in the diety of Jesus Christ.

No, a true Christian follows God's Word verbatim and does what Christ teaches. There are many points at which the Catholics don't do that.

Extremely. Only God knows who is or who is not a Christian. If you observe their actions, an educated guess can be made. It is not absolute however. Some Catholics believe in salvation and directness with Jesus. There are truths and lies in all.

Yea it is. I really am shocked to see those questions
What's the difference between Catholics and Christians.
Makes me remember people who used to think the Moon and Sun were the same thing.
And the REAL fear is knowing they drive a car and think like this!
