As long as your dog doesn't ask for an apology every time you call it. I think that would be fine. Then again Al Sharpton might want to intervene. Probably not worth your time. Re name the dog Spot or something.

I think that is pretty mean to name your dog and I hope that you never decide to get rid of this dog cause the name will make people think twice about wanting to take it off your hands.
