Yes, especially if you are one of millions of Baptists and other Protestants whose very bible consists of books Catholics chose for you.

I think that is too broad a brush. I have met those of the Francisan sect that are very right on believers. Where I have problems is when they adhere to these lists below...

But what would Jesus say about the Catholic Church? Well, he made it very clear in His seven letters to the churches in Revelation.

No, a true Christian follows God's Word verbatim and does what Christ teaches. There are many points at which the Catholics don't do that.

Catholics are Christians. The first time I heard of it (here on Y/A) I was quite shocked too, because in my country nobody would say that and I live in a place where many christian creeds live together.
Now I am getting (sadly) use to it (but I feel glad I live here).

yes--or inaccurate at the very least.
Catholics are Christians, same as Episcopalians, Baptists, Anglicans, Presbyterians, Quakers, the various Eastern Orthodox faiths, etc. The criteria for being a Christian is that one accepts and believes in God, 1st, and 2nd in Jesus as His Son & as the Savior.
All Catholics are Christian, but all Christians are not Catholic!
(Of course, there was that idiot who tried to tell me we were pagan...)

Not stupid at all. Catholicism doesn't bear the remotest resemblance to the simple ministry of Christ. It's just a bunch of wealthy pagan idolaters masquerading as Christians. No offense, of course.

absolutely stupid, it is a violation of the nature of the catholic church not to be a christian.

Yes it is. But that doesn't seem to stop people from doing it.

Very! But apparently, that's the only way they can 'justify' their own faith.
