Colds run their course. You can try getting lots of sleep before then. Use a nasal inhaler and take some NON-DROWSY Tylenol sinus pills. Blow your nose -get that stuff out. If you don't feel up to par, then reschedule your match. I love boxing. Best of luck to you, dude.

You can't. A cold just has to run it's course once you've got it. All you can do is take some cold medicine. It won't make it go away, but it may help your symptoms. IF you can take it and fight, too. No matter what you do or take, it will take 7-10 days for the virus to leave your body.

Preston, you can't get over a head cold that quickly, what you may ant to try though is heat a basin of water, put a teaspoon of Vick's vapo-rub in it. Then put a towel over your head and breathe the vapors. This will help clear your sinuses temporarily without a decongestant that might slow your reflexes...hope this helps you, and good luck.

Well your body have to fight the cold, so give your body to heal. There are suggestion that will help your cold would be better.
You need Echinacea Plus and raw honey to sweeten the tea or take tablespoon from the raw honey.
If you have sore throat, you can take lime echinancea throat coat and add one or two tablespoon of raw honey to sweeten the tea.
Echinacea support immune system that will help your body fight cold and heal faster than usual. However; give your body time to heal.
Raw Honey has high antioxidant that help your cold, too.
You can buy them at health food store or other store that have variety of tea.
Do not buy regular honey, only "RAW" honey.
Also you should buy noodle chicken to help your mucus. I prefer it to be organic.
I tried those and I got well enough to work within two days.
