I get a kick out of these answers. So god is all powerful, yet he continues to allow us to suffer so we can have a choice....nevermind that he knows all, so if he knows all he must know before he created us who he will take to heaven or not. this means prayer is a waste of time. \\
the idiocy is hilarious

God doesn't micro-manage every detail of every event in creation. If he did there would be no discovery in that and discovery is the reason creation exists in the first place.

Rather God initiates processes and allows life to unfold on its own. Scientists call this process evolution and we see physical evidence of it in the fossil record.

The primary goal however is not physical evolution as described by Darwin, but spiritual evolution as demonstrated by Christ.

Every soul journeys through this adventure called physical life making choices and experiencing the results of those choices. As they make choices of love, compassion, acceptance and brotherhood and begin to live their lives in accordance with the qualities of God they are drawn closer to Him. If they make choices of fear, anger, greed, etc, they are removed further from Him. Eventually everyone finds their way back to God.

The actual question is why do WE allow bad things to happen? When you and I begin loving all of God's creatures the same way He loves us then we will realize paradise on Earth.

If we dwell on the injustices of life, it will eventually lead to bitterness. One of the reasons many of us struggle with the question of "why is life so unfair?" is because we do not understand that this earth is not the land of the living, it is the land of the dying. The Bible teaches us that we live on a planet that is suffering from the after-effects of sin. When you understand this, it changes your perspective about life and things begin to make sense. You realize that this life is simply the proving ground that is preparing you for life in eternity.

Yes, life is short and unfair, yet the Bible tells us that God loves us and wants to share His love with us for all eternity. The Bible puts it this way, "But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions; it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Jesus Christ, in order that in the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Jesus Christ."-Ephesians 2:4-7 If you put your faith in Jesus Christ, then what you have in this life is not what you get! God has a wonderful plan to make all the injustices you have experienced in this life right. In God's eternal Kingdom there will be no more suffering and pain. You will experience life the way God really intended it to be. The Bible records these words about the end of all suffering, "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."-Revelation 21:4. Life is brief and painful, but eternity in Heaven will never end and there are no bad experiences there.

Why do you ask a question then state you do not want the response?

We must choose good. We are not meat puppets to be strung along by an omnipotent deity. We must decide how we will act. Do we pick goodness. Or do we pick evil.
