Trust me there is a God he answered my prayer not too long ago,Why are you thinking like that? You have to believe in the unbelievable trust what you cannot see.

I disagree with your premise.
I believe that "life" creates "meaning" through the process of living.
Assigning overall purpose to overall life is, for me a meaningless exercise.
I do recognize a source of all creation in my cosmology.
That it does not include the traditional judeo/christian concept does not then make my life meaningless.
That is a bit offensive to me if you want to be honest.
Faith is a wonderful thing, but never try to make faith something that it isn't meant to be.
Even the bible says that there are things that are knowable and things that aren't.
The art of living is to ascertain to what degree knowledge serves and to what degree faith serves.
We each have a measure of both...just not the same percentages.

If you are so inept that you cannot provide your own life with meaning without making up an imaginary god then I truly feel sorry for you.
Gods and Chance form a false dichotomy by the way.

Maybe being anti-religion is a good thing! If people who can't handle reality without believing in god get all depressed due to life "being meaningless, " maybe the weak minded will commit suicide and only leave the rational!
Thank you for the question:)

I don't read links without reason, and if we happened by chance, you're right- EVERYTHING IS RELEVANT!
The curl of a snail shell, the beauty of a sunset, the look of love in your child's eyes- all of these are precious because they came to be without anyone's will and therefore if we destroy them they will never come back...
You see, if some god made it, it's pointless, because if we wreck it that god can just bring it back.

We GIVE life meaning. Attributing the meaning of life to anything other than ourselves is nothing more than an attempt to shake off the responsibility of MAKING a good life.
That link shows the story of someone who realised he was using atheism as an excuse for being crappy to his fellow man. He realised his error and became enlightened about himself. He mistook this enlightenment he saw in himself as an image of god.

Meaning is where you create it. You can trick yourself in to thinking that it comes from something external, like a God, but that's just meaning you are assigning to something. You made that meaning yourself.

The wonderful thing is that we make our own meaning. Custom fit for us and how we want to live.

You are incredibly vain and self-righteous if you think the universe somehow owes you meaning.
Make your own meaning, live a good life and enjoy the moment.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I don't need a Magical Sky Pixie in my life to give it meaning. My kids give it meaning. My friends. Several places where I volunteer.
Because a sunset is brief doesn't give it less value --- its brevity gives it MORE value.
