Anemia would be an obvious side effect of blood letting.

Garry B ...... I assume you're MALE. Then what exactly do you mean by 'blood letting'? I can understand a female using the euphemism for uncontrolled mensuration.

Maybe you mean the ancient general medical practice. And you're doing this to yourself? Maybe, the next thing you will try is arsenic poisoning. After all, these were the ONLY two medical treatment 300 years ago. No wonder you have little/no energy.

Blood letting is NOT normal. When someone looses a fair amount of blood, he will feel cold and he will have little/no energy - this is normal. What are you trying to do ...kill yourself? Get sick so that you wouldn't have to go to work? Get over it.

Anemia and being cold and having no energy are definite side-effects. The question about this being normal: if you're in a place that is advanved enough to provide access to the internet, blood letting is not normal. It is an old medical practice that, pretty much, doesn't work. Stop. Go to the doctor. If you keep this up, you'll probably die early.

blood letting shouldnt be dont unless for a good medical reason by a doctor (leaches have been used on some patients before). no energy sounds typical because ur blood pressure would be way down.

You are obivously making yourself anemic and should stop. Why on earth would you want to do something like that anyway?
