ive been looking for a kitten for 3 months now and i cant seem to find one. please help!

Go to a local animal shelter. There are plenty of cats and kittens available now. You haven't been able to find any kittens in the last few months because it was not kitten season. Female cats don't typically start mating until it gets warmer out. Of course, as with anything, there are exceptions.
Don't forget to check out the older cats too. I know you probably have your heart set on a kitten, but older cats need homes too. Try not to go in with your mind made up - let the kitty pick you.

Have you checked with your local shelters? They always have cats for adoption. Check under pets in your local paper.
