You've nailed it.
Must be nice to have a god who doesn't care what's in your heart but instead what comes out of your mouth....not that I need that myself.

Nope. Because if you make your plans with repentence as part of it, then you are not really sincere about the repentence. True repentence is when a person is so broken and sickened by what they did that they are unable to continue in that lifestyle or the guilt of that action. They then call out to God, not just for forgivenss, but for a change in who they are so that they are cleanse of the desires that caused the sin. (See 1 John 1:9 - "When we confess our sins, He is just to forgive and to cleanse from all unrighteousness".
So a person who plans to "sin now" and "repent later" is not really repenting.

While God forgives every act you do, that is not enough to get the Heaven. Even if you are TRULY sorry and ask God for forgiveness, it doesn't mean you get into Heaven. You must forgive yourself. You must see the evil in your life and say you are above that. Killing an ex-husband because he is a jerk is not something sane people can forgive themselves of. Taking another life, taking away their chance to be good, is a heinous sin against God and humanity. But if you still want to get to Heaven, you have to be willing to forgive yourself and ask forgiveness from your ex. And truly mean it, deep inside your heart.

Many tries repentence without conviction, No one can come unto Jesus unless the spirit of his father draws him. That Holy Ghost has to convict someone of their sins, You don't repent anytime you feel like repenting, God has to draw you, So if you think you can kill your husband & then repent, forget it, Unless God convicts you then you can not repent.

You can say that you have repented, but God will know whether you really have or not, and He is the final judge.
And from what I understand the more violent convicts are converting to Islam.

Of course, the fact that a believer is secure in his salvation does not mean he is free to sin. If the Christian sins and remains in that sin, Scripture says that God will discipline him or her just as a father disciplines his children (see Hebrews 12:7-11).

Repenting means you REALLY wish you had not done it, you will try your best to make sure it never happens again, and you will do what you can to make up for it.
You cannot do something and ~plan on~ repenting. God knows your games.

I think you need to review God's definition of repentance.
The repentance you described would be a lie; just another sin on top of the murder.

The high incidence of Christian inmates is simple. They believe that the parole board will think that they have changed their ways and grant early parole. Pssss, their not really Christians. Don't tell OK.

No, sorry, you can't use God like that.
Convicts turn to God alot of the time. Prisoners become Christians or lie to look good.

The attitude in your question makes it hard to believe that you would be truly repentant.
