The Spiritual Restaurant that I attend serves over 3000 patrons, though no one meal serves more than 450 at a time. It is a Lutheran restaurant and has three basic foods on it's menu.
The "Traditional meal" that includes the meat and potatoes of our German/Norwegian heritage.
The "Family Express meal" that is a pick-nick lunch served on a congregationally involved, short order style meal of potato salad, beans and chicken. A little spicier than the "Traditional Meal."
Then there is a "Contemporary Meal" that is full of spices and different foods from Southern Gospel to Rock-n-roll with a little Bluegrass thrown in for flavor.
All meals come on a plate of strong Christian/Biblical messages.
