I have naturally straight hair and I got a perm to make it curly. So I say curly.

Straight hair is more low maintenance. Curls are HARD work! Wavy is a good kind of in-between style.

Is she wanting to know whats better for everyday wear, evening wear, casual setting, what?

Overall, neither is "better". Some people look better with straight hair, and some with curly...it depends on the individual and what they desire.

Whatever the hair's natural texture has is best, because it's healthier - and healthy, shiny hair is best.

Curling straight hair is damaging, and straightening curly hair is damaging. It's best to try to stick close to what nature gave you.

WHAT ABOUT WAVY HAIR? And the answer to your question, I would like straight hair because I think its easier to style and shape into curls or something. Curly hair, like ringlets, seems hard to brush and style and take care of. I dunno but thats just my personal opinion.

curly hair is more fun because you can do alot with it and then do nothing to it and it still looks good. especiall on the days your not feeling it.
