It's from Shania Twain's song "From this moment". I would like to say that to my husband in Spanish. He knows english but, I want to say it in Spanish before we get married. I will know if its an internet translation. I need to see it from an actual spanish speaking person.

Even if "care" can be translated as "importar" I think in this context is better to use "cuidar" as in "I will always take care of you/care for you"... you would never hear a Spanish speaker saying "siempre me importarás"...it's unnatural and if it is used now it's because of English interference...an anglicism...
