For example monday through friday I eat about 1200 calories. On the weekends I eat what ever I want. I don't count.

one book I read recommends that. I think it was Bob Greene's Bestlife Diet. your body can get used to doing things one way. if you do it differently one or two days a week, you won't get into a plateau. as long as you don't go overboard and binge, you'll be OK. we all need to eat what we want once in a while.

You will gain/lose more weight on the weekend maybe, depending on how many calories you burn. I tend to eat less on the weekend because I sleep longer, so I normally lose weight on the weekend.
