Easy. Go to any home hardware large store (such as Lowes or Home Depot) and in the carpet department, you'll find that they sell (very inexpensively I might add) rubber waffle underlay carpets. They are beige and look sorta like graph paper. You can cut these to size and place them under your reversible carpet ant this will keep it from sliding around. Here's link of what they look like. Just scroll down to the rubber waffle underlay pic...

There are rubber mats that you can lay between the rug and the floor some will adhere on like a sticker, others just lay flat and don't stick. You can trim the rubber mat to whatever size you need with scissors. It looks almost exactly like the rubber backing on most rugs. Look for it around the rug section of almost any department store. They should have it is rolls or sheets.

At Wal-mart ,In the area where they sell place matts there will be a roll of tape thats for non-skidding, you cut the pieces you need for your rug, placing it on the floor where you want your rug, it also works really good in campers for the things you don't want to move, like a small TV, or radio, and place matts on the table . I highly recomend this tape and it comes right up when you need it to without leaving a mess to clean. It keeps things stationary, unless you remove the tape, It looks like a rubber mesh-tape, its great!

There is stuff called Slip Stop and you lay it on the floor then put the rug over it. It's a loose waffle weave with a rubbery coating on it, so it keeps the rug in place. I bought mine at the grocery store, it's also used to line your cabinets so dishes don't rest on the wood cabinets. But I did find it online right here:http://www.sportsmansguide.com/cb/cb.asp?a=215827

If you go into a Wilkinsons store you can buy a roll of thin open weave rubber. This is made precisely for that purpose and it's not very expensive. It is called Grip Liner.

You keep only female midgets in my experience. Throw the guys back, unless you're into that. Insurance isn't an issue. Although they may act like property, they're actually people. Bummer I know, but there it is.

Go get some double-stick tape and it will keep it from sliding ,but first see if they have removable tape for rugs because the double-stick tape will be harder to remove from your rug.You can usually find this stuff at Wal-mart!! GOOD LUCK!!

Double sided tape works, but can be messy. We used that tacky drawer liner and it worked great - no mess!

Here's a link so you know what to look for. You should be able to get this at any department or hardware store locally.

You can actually go into any retail store and buy the rubbery lining they use for RV's and such to keep their things from moving and falling while traveling.
