Love comes when a person receives the Holy Spirit. Faith comes through the Word of God. Obedience is the " key " to both.

Because faith, hope & love are necessary to be born of God. It is God the Father who draws us to His Salvation Plan, through faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God. When one is born of God, person has the Holy Spirit & will be filled with the Holy Spirit when baptized in the Holy Spirit. When a child is truly born of God, Christian chooses to be open to the guidance of the Spirit of God. God is gentle & not forceful. So, it is a choice to follow after the fruit of the Holy Spirit - faith, hope, love, joy, peace, patience, etc. When flesh buttons are pushed, the flesh reacts by yelling or cursing, etc... This is the flesh & not following after the fruits of the spirit.

Faith is a fraud. You are told to have faith, so you try to have it. When you get no answer, they tell you to have more faith. So you try and try, and finally you begin giving yourself the answers. This is why religions keep breaking off in to seperate religions and how there are a million religions. Listen. If God was so interested in us, he would come and hang out with us. Pure and simple. There is no test horseshit. He could test us here personally. It's like the guy with the gun in his pocket. If you want me to believe you have a gun, why do you got to hide it. If God wanted us to believe in him, why would he hide and put up a million religions to distract us?

True. It is the Holy Spirit that indwells Christians that illuminates our minds and our hearts. God is light and in him their is no darkness. If we can grasp what our maker is like, we can pattern ourselves after him.
