OBE's can most defiantly be considered a spiritual experience...it depends on the person and the experience.

Gotta go with "yes it is of the spiritual realm" for any supernatural, non-physical experience... unless it lands you in the psych ward.

Sure, most spiritual things I know of are OBE's.

Lokasenna had a NDE (near death experience) and it was spiritual.

I think that OBE and NDE are basically the same.
