I know I have Fibromyalgia. But latley, I have mysterious symptoms like severe headaches, nauseation, throwing up and dirrahea. What is that cause? I can't live like that anymore. Since a few weeks, it's re-occurring . I have had migranes before but this is completley different.

Perhaps you should see a gastroenterologist and be tested for Inflammatory Bowel disease (Crohns and Ulcerative Colitis) These can cause the aforementioned symptoms and can be detected with blood tests, or endoscopy. Of course, I'm only citing two of a million possibilities. Unfortunately, so little is known about fibromyalgia these days that it's sometimes impossible to predict what symptomology its going to have.
I hope you feel better.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
