Well I guess now I've learned not to save any passwords on my computer. All of the parental settings have been in place, and she has her own bookmarks of childrens websites, but I guess Yahoo isn't a site that can be blocked... and the big red "Y" was just too tempting for her..

You can use the content advisor in IE to keep her out of yahoo, and just allow child friendly sites. What I do to keep my almost seven year old niece off sites that aren't kid friendly is, I setup a proxy server, that only allows access to certain sites, if you try going to another site the proxy server will prompt for a user name and password. This is like the setup in many companies. It works very well for me.

THANK GOD my son doesn't know my password, i can only imagine the things he'd be asking!!! The thought of it makes me giggle uncontrollably!

And some of you people need to back off!!!! I watch my 9 year old all the time on the computer, but its not like my eyes are glued to the screen, if he toggles to another page or clicks a link on accident he usually tells me, but it doesn't mean nothing gets by me. Shame on you for making this poor woman feel like an inferior mother for admitting that her child slipped one by her!!!!!

Bsafe has software that can block any site and is the best I have used. www.bsafehome.com. It's excellent, and has great support, if u have questions. Talk to your child as well, they may be seeking attention.

God Bless you and your child,

Daniel
