I've heard that curry is a anti inflamatory, and that you should eat it when you have achy joints. Is that true?

I'm asking because my boyfriend isn't feeling well, and his joints are really achy so I'm trying to find anything that will help him.

Thanks for all your help, if you have any other suggestions please let me know. :D

You may also try Advil or Naproxen. These work really well and they are available over the counter. Also , for a long term preventive, try gelatin capslules or the powder to mix (Knox). Long trem use of this can form a natural cushion between the joints. This can be found in a Vitamin store such as GNC or Vitaworld. Good Luck!

there is an MD in Florida, named Dr. Gott. He has a newspaper column. He advocates the use of castor oil. There is a product on the shelf that does not have any odor. Many people have written him and said that it works well for them.
