No, it's like pouring that amount to a plant just cos water is good for any living creature, like us, with 70% of water in our body. But u know u can kill a plant with too much watering.
We need water for cell regeneration and vital processes, but you NEED to considerate ur stats such weight, height, activities, fat % in ur body, lean muscle %, metabolism, hormones check up, theeeen the diet, the physical activities routine.
The standard is a liter minimum, is like the least, then u can go up to 2 liters, and if u wanna go for more than that, just talk to ur nutritionist cos then he/she will recommend u supplements.
U cannot go for the popular buzz, ur skin needs also vitamins, daily cleansing, moisturizers and sun protection to stay beautiful and healthy.

faucet water is risk-free to drink, else we'd all be screwed. eating a gallon of water an afternoon is overkill. heavily, your well being care provider says to drink 8 glasses of water an afternoon? Does he additionally use thermometers with mercury in them? That 8 glasses of water an afternoon is a very very very widespread "rule" of well being and that i'd be stunned if every person unquestionably beverages that plenty water. faucet water must be superb. A gallon an afternoon is probable greater harm then good. yet water is healthful for you. too numerous it rather is undesirable; although.

Only if you are a mermaid or dating Sponge Bob in his undersea kingdom. Cut that consumption in half to a max of 8 glasses or 1/2 gallon per day. Limit your Cokes/Pepsi/coffe consumption to two cups or glasses per day as caffeine is dehydrating,

i can't drink a gallon of water a day-if i'm not thirsty, but just drinking more water than your normal will promote a healthier body as a whole.

That may be too much water. Check with your doctor. You may end up with some unexpected problems caused by dilution of gastric juice and dilution of the electrolytes.
