Four times a week at 1:30 is plenty. Just be sure that you eat right and get enough sleep too.

4 times a week for an hour and a half should be great! Just make sure they're spaced out, so you're not doing all four days in a row. If you have to, make sure you don't repeat doing two weight training sessions of the same muscle group. Your muscles need at least 24 hours recover, sometimes up to 78 hours. Those inbetween days can be your cardio days. Also, buy a pedometer. It's the best way to progress your fitness and accompolish exercise without going to the gym. The US health goal is 10,000 steps a day, but see where you are now and try to progress. On the days you can't go to the gym, this can help.
By the way, good choice on getting healthy before your next pregnancy! It will make the whole process all that much easier for you!

Four times a week is plenty. My suggestion is to focus on strength training primarily since you're limited on how often you can go, and do cardio sessions at home (walking, running, biking ,etc). Four times a week is plenty if your routine is intense enough. A mistake many people make is thinking that if some exercise is good, more must be better. This is simply not true.
I've been bodybuilding for years and currently I only go four times a week to the gym. Some guys I know only go three times with great success as that's all their routine calls for. That's because the workout is sufficiently intense to stimulate the muscles.
So, what you could think about doing is 30-45 minutes of weights, then do some cardio aerobic activity after for 20-30 minutes. If you can, on the days you can't go to the gym, do some cardio then as well. Just know that you don't HAVE to do cardio while at the gym the same time you do weights.
Just be sure to give your body enough recovery time between workouts and that your diet is appropriate for your size, body composition and activity level.

Yes that would be good. 4 times a week should be ok at the times 1:30! On the days were you may be working when you come home there are toning exersizes you can do like crunches, leg lifts, jumping rope, lifting with dumbells, amongst other things. There are also work out tapes that are like 15 minutes long. So on the days you may not be able to make it to the gym a little exersize at home wouldnt hurt!!
Also eating healthy will increase your results! Sounds like your on the right track just stick with it!

Oh gosh, only four times a week for an hour and a half....No, you're not going to see a difference at all.
You should be going to the gym 7days a week for 5 hours. I don't care if you don't have the time, quit your job what's more important is not to be successful but to have that rockin' bod for everyone to see at the beach this summer and so you can be one of those "fit" pregnant girls.
OF COURSE you'll see results! The American Heart Associate recommends about 30-45 minutes of excersize 3-4 times a week so you're right on course, good luck!

4 times a week is good and you will see results; albeit not as fast as someone who can go 6 or 7 days a week (which I actually don't recommend).
If I were you, make sure that you split it up. Cardio can be done everyday, but, weights, for example, shouldn't be done consecutively (e.g. Weights Mon, Cardio Tues, Weights Wed, NOT Weights Mon, Weights Tues, etc.).
Good luck with your workout! All it takes is patience and committment.

Even three days a week can get you awesome results! It's all about the specific types of excersice you're getting, and your eating habits as well. For best results, make you're getting a combination of cardio and strength/resistance training and eat sensibly (complex carbs, veggies, lean protein and low-fat dairy!) Good luck!

Yes for sure!!
Any exercise is better than none. Even if you start to plateau, you will at least be able to maintain the results. To break the plateau you will have to increase the intensity of the workout in order to burn more calories.

Four days a week is plenty.... Your body needs to rest and rejuvenate in between exercise periods. You will have better results this way, than going every day.
