10.03 seconds, some guy from Australia.
I ran an 11.1 in high school, and my best ever in college was an 11.4. I am white. I have no explanation for the dominance of blacks in football, basketball and T&F short sprint events (100m,200m). I do know Jeremy Wariner is the fastest male in the 400m dash at this time, he ran a 44.3 at the olympics, but I do not think that is what you are after.

working technological expertise exhibits the rationalization all and sundry runs speedier than yet another is via the fact they are able to prepare extra muscle help tension speedier than a runner who's slower. The quickest runners have the shortest floor touch cases. A sprinter isn't as reliable as a potential lifter however the sprinter is able to prepare the potential he does have lots speedier than the load lifter collectively as working.

I haven't seen Don Imus's recent time, but he's got to be smoking fast, backpedaling no less.

well, I'm white and I ran it in 11.5 in high school.. I'm sure that professional athletes are considerably faster than I was in high school, so it wouldn't surprise me if they got under 10 seconds..
