'Lactose interrelate'??
Do you mean 'intolarant'?
Or maybe 'illiterate'?

If you are becoming ill after eating diary products (likely with stomach cramps, bloating, gas, diarrhea, and sometimes vomiting) you are lactose intolerant, as am I. You can use supplements, like Lactaid, which will aid you in digesting these items. You just take it before you begin eating. But, beware, I built up a tolerance after awhile, and so, I stopped using it. Now, I've come to the point where I can read my body. I know that I can't eat ice cream, sour cream, milk, etc without becoming violently ill. But, I can eat limited amounts of cheese. You can also eat things such as semi-sweet and dark chocolate, parmesan and other aged cheeses with no problem. It's not so bad to be lactose intolerant, you'll see. Peace to you.
*In lactose intolerance, you body no longer (or in limited amounts) creates the enzyme needed to digest dairy products. Certain ethnic groups are more likely to develop this problem.

Dont worry. I used to be lactose intolerant. Actually, you CAN eat dairy products!!! Theres a milk called Lactaid and it tastes realy good and has no lactose in it. I like it so much that I still drink it even though I am not allergic anymore. There may be cheeses at your local grocery that are also free of lactose. I sometimes see them at mine. Also, there are these chewable pills for people that are lactose intolerant. All you have to do is eat one before you eat something with dairy. Like whenever we went out for ice cream, I would bring pills with me and then eat one before I ate ice cream. This means you can eat anything- chocolate ice cream, pizza, milkshakes, and all those yummy milk things. I think the pill i took is called Lactaid Fast Act, and you can find it at any pharmacy. Oh yeah and even though mozarella is not made from cow, it still has lactose in it because it is from animal milk. Anything made from any animal's milk will contain lactose. Good luck! And enjoy mozarella!

that sounds like lactose intolerance. Most people diagnosed as such are actually allergic to all of the toxic stuff in commercial milk, such as the synthetic vitamin d, which is a steroid. I stayed away from all dairy products for over 10 years, until I discovered raw milk. It well tolerated by most people intolerant to commercial milk. Google raw milk for more info

You can add lactase to milk an hour before consumption, that will make the lactose digestible. There are pills you can take too that help.
Also, you can start with yogurt, then work your way up with dairy until your body adapts. My unlce, an airforce doctor, did that.

Yes, you get sick because your intolerance for lactose means that it removes the lactose by bringing it away from the stomach. You can take lactase injections to supplement and take in lactose normally.
