find a redken salon and have them do a chemistry system. this is not a chemical service! it raises the pH to a perfect level 6. keep doing them once a week until you feel as though your hair is more moisturized. i also suggest buying some all soft shampoo and conditioner or clear moisture shampoo and conditioner. (both made by redken) also get extreme anti snap! this will put protein back into your hair making it less brittle! hope this helps! DO NOT USE PANTENE! it will dry it out more in the long run! it has polymers in it which causes a buildup! which in time can cause breakage! polymers are plastic. sure they make your hair feel soft and shiny but thats not your hair thats plastic!!

Learn to love your curls! Chemical straightening is extremely damaging to hair. If your natural hair drives you crazy, find the book 'curly girl' at the library or book store and read it - it has great advice on caring for and styling all types of curly hair.
