I have really bad allergies, every year they just get worse, my doctors have tried all different types of meds, and even nosesprays, but all i get from the sprays are really bad bloody noses. The only thing that has really helped has been the slightly more powerful decongestant i've been put on but that doesn't help with any of the other symptoms. Any suggestions? I'm just so tired of feel like crud all the time...

have you tried Singulair? its pricey and you have to have a perscription, (if you happen to have asthma as well, then your insurance will cover it), it works wonders, but without insurance its like 115$ here in oklahoma for a thirty day supply.

I just stopped all the nose sprays. I got a bloody nose too and no help. I now am using Neil Med Saline Nasal rinse (at the pharmacy) and XClear (xylitol) (at the health food store). The xylitol really seems to really help clean out the junk. I hope this helps you too. Here is a website for XClear.

i got fedup with medicines as well, they don't really help, just give a temporary effect.so i started to watch what iam doing. like minimising chocolate and cocoa intake, limit seafood especially shellfish, avoid perfumed lotions and creams, but i use a perfume which has a light smell, and one which iam used to.it helps but now and then i get the allergies and then i try steam inhalation or do a face massage with blended teatree oil.it works for me,why don't u give a try?

Try a natural approach - use saline solution and change your diet - you would need to get specifics from a book or a Naturopath but the lack of drugs and the easier breathing will be totally worth it.

Have you tried Pallarmine, it really works for my boyfriend who has really bad allergies. Don't use nose sprays you are just wasting your money and time. Does the same thing to my boyfriend when he used nose sprays.

I know I have the same problem. So now I take 2 different types of antihistamines, and that solved it. Maybe you can suggest that to your doctor.

Good luck
