On your left side. I learned this while pregnant - the doctor said it's optimal for blood flow through the body.
I used to be a stomach sleeper as well, but since I couldn't sleep that way during pregnancy, I switched to my left side and have been sleeping that way ever since!
Best wishes!

Good sleeping positions
Sleeping in the correct position can help you have a comfortable sleep, but also prevent waking with backaches or stiffness.
Sleeping on your side
If you find sleeping on your side comfortable, the best way to ensure maximum comfort is to bend your legs slightly and to have a pillow between your legs, or even a full length body pillow. This position can help keep your skips level and reduce any pain you might have there.
Sleeping on your back
Sleeping on your back can be very good if you have lower back pain. The best position to be in is to put a pillow under your knees to remove the strain from your lower back.
Sleeping on your stomach
It is generally not good for your back to sleep on your stomach, but if you need to for some specific reason, then it will help reduce back strain if you put a pillow under your pelvis and abdomen. As well, using a pillow in this position will also cause strain on your neck, so try sleeping without a pillow, or with a very small one.

You have no reason to chose position, because we change position about 40 times during night, so if you feel bad during your sleeping you will change position unconsciously

Are you one hundred% certain she is lifeless? in certain situations they appear to be it or maybe sense chilly yet they are hibernating. (i know its summer season notwithstanding it occurs!) try warming her up on your fingers. If she is truly stiff then for sure lifeless. this stuff ensue although, it occurs to human beings too. in certain situations there is not any rationalization.
