What is a weight loss or fat reducing pill that actually works? I have about 15 pounds to lose, and I have absolutely no will power when it comes to food! I don't have a lot of time to exercise either with a new baby and working full time. I know losing weight takes a healthy diet and exercise, but I'm going to need some help! =) Any suggestions?

I would suggest taking hoodia which is a huge appitite suppressant. This will reduce your calorie intake greatly which will help get those few extra pounds off for you. Another one which I have heard works fairly quick is hydroxycut. There is also slim quick for women. There are so many things you can take now but I think the 1st thing you should try is hoodia I sware by it! Good Luck with the new baby and the losing weught best wishes!!

Phentermine - commonly known as Fastin. It's in the amphetamine and it used to be a part of the "phen-phen" combo. Taken alone it is safe. You have to go to a doctor and the doctor will want to monitor your weight loss, blood pressure, lab work etc. I lost almost 100 pounds. It's an anorectic. You have no appetite and lots of energy. It worked best for me as a booster or starter. Then once you get in the habit of exercising and eating right, you have more energy and you can wean off the pills. No it will not provide "long term results" unless you use it as a jump start to healthy eating and exercise. I went from a 22 to a 8. Must use it with diet and exercise. Also, some doctors won't prescibe it.

All diet pills are a scam. NONE of them will produce longterm results, and many have bad side-effects. It's human nature to want a magic solution to a difficult problem (weight loss), but there is none. Eat a better diet and exercise daily.

Good Luck

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Avoid at all costs...Diet pills are a scam according to the experts, and a healthy diet with exercise is the only way forward

I dont think those diet pills work. If they do, they are probably really bad for your health.

I am no longer a Doctor however I do recognise there's no nontoxic speedy repair for a challenge that built through the years. Sure you might take vitamin tablets to diminish your urge for food, however no longer consuming is solely as damaging as over consuming if no longer extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle medication is not anything extra the a today's day variant of what was once referred to as snake oil which was once bought out of the again of a blanketed wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be precise then it typically is."

my fiances mother took hydroxycut & cut her calories down to barely anything. In two months she lost 30 lbs and looked great... not sure how healthy it was though, but this woman did NO exercise & still lost tons of weight.

I suggest taking only ONE pill a day though, they reccommend taking two but it gives you a major headache she said.

also, try drinking an 8oz glass of water RIGHT before you eat... it temporarily makes you bloaded/full so you dont eat as much =)
