i would love this to be a joke question, but sadly its not. size 12/10 is beautiful and i bet a million girls would kill for your figure. dont try to lose more weight, you are healthy and a perfect shape at the mo.size 0 is NOT attractive, trust me...

You are in a good weight according to your measurements.
You do not need to be a size zero! What for? Whit your height it would be a very very skinny wimpy size zero.
Most ladies look great in a size 10 or 12.

To lose weight watch your diet; are you eating fatty foods?, sugar somewhere in your meals (drinks)?.
Are you having pastry and such?
Goo for a balance diet; veggies, fruit lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, etc. Split you daily food intake into 5 meals (3 larger and 2 smaller in between).

Toning muscles is a good remedy too. We need muscles to burn fat, so see if you are doing enough toning exercises, and with the wright amount of intensity.
Ask you gym instructor about this.

Then cardio to speed your metabolism if you are not doing some good cardio by now. Something like 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a week at a good intensity. See if you are doing this too.

It is always easier to lose weight at first, the more over weighted we are, the faster we lose at the beginning- The last pounds are all ways the hardest, so be patient and just do the wright things and nature will take care of things.

Do not do any far fetch diet, or believe in miracle pills or potions. Never starve yourself, it would be even worst.

SIZE 10-12 IS PERFECT SIZE
YOU ARE A HEALTHY WEIGHT FOR YOUR HEIGHT TOO, why would anyone want to be a size zero, that is the same waistline as my 7 year old daughter it just doesn't look right on someone tall and older ,i think it's time we all stuck our heels into them skeletons and show it isn't natural or sexy,i was a size 8 for years and now i am a 10-12 the same weight and height as you and yes 10 years older okay 11 ,my ex had the cheek to say i got a fat *** when i saw him last but everyone else said for once i look healthy, stay as you are don't be dragged down to the by the fake healthy images of the size zero,it's not good for anyone and it's far from healthy.

Hiya...I'm 22, 5 foot 8 and am a size 11-12. I think that no matter how much fat you have on your body, your bones will always be the same thickness. I'm sure there's a medical or proper term for bone thickness, but if you have really skinny bones, you can be a size 0, but if your bones are bigger, you won't ever get to a 0, no matter how much fat is on your body.
As for coming to a standstill in weight loss, try mixing up your exercise regime a little. Walk backwards on the treadmill, try more strength training instead of cardio, go on the bike first instead of the rowing machine.
Hope this helps!

Eating a balanced diet and regular exercise is wonderful for you. Your body may not want to be a size 0. At your height a good weight for you would be between 140 and 125. Although we women fed into the myth that the size we wear is what we are it's so not true. If you are eating healthy and exercising your body has a set point. This is where your body is comfortable and what is healthy for you. if you lose to much your health will suffer, you'll become depressed and your hormones will go wacky. Please reconsider your idea of beauty. I'll bet your gorgeous just the way you are!

No your not fat. You are a lovely size. It does not help seeing models on tv and in magazines being a size 0, but to real men size 0 isn't the person they want. Most people would love to be a size 10 - 12. It is a lovely size to be. Eating balanced meals and going to the gym will help keep you fit and healthy. Please don't feel because the models in the magazines and on tv are a stick thin size 0 that you have to be, you are as I've already stated lovely as you are.

The reason your weight has stopped falling is because you have found the ideal weight for you. We all have a natural weight and when we eat a good balanced diet our bodies settle at the weight that keeps us at optimum health. If you go below that weight you are doing more harm than being above it and much of it is irreversable. Yes many actresses are size 0 but many of them are ill and quite a few are drug addicts! Didn't you watch the programme with Louise Rednap? It isn't healthy and thats a rock solid fact!
Ask any bloke which he prefers, a slim but curvy woman or a skinny bony woman a huge majority prefer the first one.

You should not be a size zero its unhealthy at least a size 6 and you are not fat just because someone says something does not make it true. The universe tends to unfold as it should
there is no sense getting rowled up just because a bunch of idiots give you a hard time.

It really doesn't matter at all what other people think. What matters is how you feel and what makes you feel comfortable. Everyone is made of different shapes and sizes. The size zero models that you are comparing yourself to may be starving and miserable. Ya know? Everyone wants what they can't have-and the other way around.
