She is not Indonesia because she is Indonesian. She "didn't know" how to speak English well? That would make her pretty fluent in English NOW.

Indonesia is a multicultural country. There are around hundred thousands of languages and dialects, think about it again before you say your maid is stupid.

Indonesia has many maids. Many don't know how to speak English well because they don't live in English speaking countries. The inability to speak a specific foreign language does not make one stupid.

She is Indonesian and speaks her own language. She may not speak English very well but at least she is making an attempt to. She is NOTstupid..if you think she is stupid then you must think that all the people who don't speak English very well are stupid and that would include you.

WTF are you talking about? An Indonesian maid not being able to speak English well and you are calling her stupid? Be grateful that she could/would speak it at all. It is not her native tongue and she did not grow up speaking it all her life, and she probably (judging by the context of your question) speaks the language at least as well as you do.

You are so dumb to ask such a question!! Think about it.. She is Indonesian which means she speaks Indonesian but not English. However, not being capable to speak English doesn't mean she's stupid. Language doesn't determine one's intelligence level.
