Do you ever find answers to your burning questions on Y!A?

Or do you find the banter to be superficial and lacking? Do we every discuss anything meaningful here? Does any of it resonate with you?

Oh, yes, I asked the most burning, meaningful question once, and got such a good, heartfelt response, the compassion for my plight amazed me, I was overwhelmed.
I didn't know how to make gravy. Now I do. LOL.
Actually, I have not asked any burning questions here. I guess I don't have any.
I mostly see people trying to be helpful, and most people seem to be gracious about the advice they get and give. I don't see much superficial.

Mostly superficial banter that is SEVERELY lacking anything meaningful.

I have only gotten a couple of serious answers on y/a! The majority of the answers are from people that just want to get points so they will put anything as an answer. Even if it does not pertain to the topic.

Occasionally. The level of discussion here varies dramatically but I do find enough of it meaningful that I continue to participate.

I was very touched and inspired the other day by a question (and an answer) on Y!A. It wasn't even religious in nature, but it was asked here. There is some good here if you sort through all the muck.

I see a few that I learn from here and there.

Unfortunately, much of the trivia here distracts a few good hearted people, and blurs the point.

I hardly ever ask questions about this forum. It's pointless with all the animosity presented anymore.

Yes, I find Y!A very helpful in resolving questions and very enlightening.
