I just had sinus problems. Now that i can breath, i feel this tickling sensation in my nose that will not go away. Everytime i breath inside the left nostrile i can feel that tingling sensation. What is that?

That could be an "allergic" reaction affecting the mucous membranes that line the upper airways and the nose and sinuses etc. Add some moisture to your living and sleeping areas with a "cool mist" vaporizer,moisture will ease the swelling and make breathing easier. It could just be dry. You can put a tiny bit of vaseline inside the nostril and make sure you cover the entire area to ensure that it is fixed.
