Try Weightwatchers - don't groan!
Seriously it does work. I've lost 2 and a half stone since Nov - never thought I would.
There are two programmes, one where you have to count points and one where you don't. You can still eat your goodies as long as you keep track and never be hungry.
Its the easiest diet I've been on, more of a change of lifestyle really. You can also do it without exercise (although its quicker if you do exercise) or you can 'earn' points by exercise.
Get a mate to go with you and do it together. Good Luck!

Are you stressed? Stress really can add inches to the waist line. Try doing sit ups and crunches or pilates that target the waistline. Also taebo has always worked for me--all the twists, turns and knee lifts really stick it to those abs. Also when ever you exercise, weather its running or aerobics, hold your tummy tight and breathe throughout your work out.
Depending on what area you live in you can also try Suddenly Slimmer(suddenlyslimmer.com). It's been featured on the Ellen Degeneres and Tyra Banks shows. I believe it's like a mineral wrap. You get all bandaged up like a mummy and do some type of aerobic activity--like running in place--for an hour. Just one session will eliminate inches.
Also, i've heard that there is an injection called Lipodisolve. It may be rather expensive but you can look into it. It can target problem areas like the waist line or saggy arms by disolving the fat in those areas. Whatever you do, the key to loosing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Thats the bottom line. You don't necessarily have to diet super hard or exercise superhard but if you don't, you must be patient. I eat what I want and just be sure to burn off those calories and it doesnt hurt to drink water.
And there is no such thing as a yoyo effect. Once you loose the weight, it's gone. It only comes back if you start consuming more calories than you are loosing. Most people diet to loose the weight then go back to their old eating habits so it makes sense why they would experience a "yoyo effect" We should eat to live not live to eat. Consuming empty calories for no other purpose than pleasure will definitely have negative results.
Good luck.

I myself am on the thicker side. I have been dieting and working out. I try to stay away from the fried foods. Eat more meats and vegs. Fruit only as a snack inbetween meals. Slimfast shakes work well. Try eatting your meals on a smaller plate so when you go back for 2nds you will actually be eatting a normal plate size and you mind will think its getting more. I ride a stationary bike for 15 and walk for 20, 3 times a week. Swimming also is great. Stay away from soda. Try drinking more water. Dont completely cutt sweets out of your diet. Its okay to have them just not all the time everyday. I love jello so I make sugarfree and its sweet but not regretful. Good luck

any diet has to be a slow and non starving way of life= if it is a starving depressing way then you will only stop the diet sooner or when youve lost the desired weight and stop the diet you will only go back to the foods you have missed whilst on the diet.
if you have the success of loosing the weight it will only stay off due to re training you body to be happy with the less amount or diet change, its all about training- if you dont then thats what they mean by yoyo dieting
eating less whilst on a diet then going back to you old eating ways is a big contributing factor to the yoyo of weight
i dont do diets anymore because as soon as i say im trying to loose weight and cutting down all i think about is food wich depresses me and its a vicious circle, i do swimming and watersports and dont change my food intake too much and that works fine with me
good luck, it aint easy-keep trying

Eating less is not going to reduce your waistline. You need to exercise. If you want to lose weight, you do need to eat healthy and watch the calories, but diet alone won't do the trick. Start walking and keep it up. Add extra minutes and do it at least 3-4 times a week. Good luck.

You should eat what you want only in moderation. Also with small portions. You need to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. There is no fast way to lose weight.

that date rape drug apparently!
this woman was on tv..she lost like 7 stone in 12 weeks..
but on the negative side she went doolally and pulled out all of her teeth to avoid the witch inside her haha.
maybe ur problem is that you are eating less. eat the same amount but with healthy food.
because your body will hold onto the fat if it feels that its not going to get any for a while.
some people have lost lots of weight by having 6 small healthy meals a day.
can speed up the metabolism. try eating pulse foods too, such as beans etc
good luck!
