how long we need the gap to do the exercise after taking the lunch or dinner ? Yesterday i took my dinner at 8p.m and i'm started doing the exercise from 8.15p.m....Is that good to do exercise immediately after taking the dinner....

before breakfast is best, if you can. it depends on when you go to bed. I've read that you shouldn't eat or exercise for 2-3 hours before retiring for the night. I feel do it when you can rather than not doing it at all. if you're in good shape already, you can exercise right after eating, but if you are not used to exercising, you need to digest your meal before exercising.

You shouldn't do it straight after every meal. You will feel naucious and queezy, leave about 20 minutes after every meal. Let me know how it works out
