Square feet (meters) of hospital
Approximate summertime electrical load (lighting, etc.)
Insulation on walls and roofs (R-values)
Location of hospital (summertime degree-days)
Local design requirements.
Specific needs of particular rooms (operating, etc.)
Requirements for backup power.
