Hi, I'm 13 Years Of Age, I Weigh 140 Pounds And I'm 5 Foot 2 Inches....I Eat Healthily & Excercise 1 Hour A Day...But I Don't Seem To Lose Weight. Also, Can cAnyone Tell Me How To Lose The Fat On Your Thighs? Thanks Honeys x

I think it's easier for people who weigh quite a bit more than you do to lose weight by eating healthy and exercising an hour a day. Try cutting out some more calories and add a half hour of exercise a day. Try writing down everything you eat (and drink!) every day for a week. Maybe you're not eating as healthy as you think.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

There's a good chance that, even though you eat healthy foods, you're eating too much food. Try cutting back some on the starchy foods and see if that might make a difference. Other than that, I think you're doing all the right things. As for your thighs...walking briskly is a GREAT exercise to tone the legs. Even 45 minutes a day will make a big difference.

All this calorie rubbish can help. But, the most effective way to lose Weight is to do exactly what you said. And one of the most important ones is TO EXCERCISE CORRECTLY. By correctly i mean anyway, but as much as u can. 10 lbs should be no prob if you lay off sweets and stuff like that too. Also, eat celery, It is MANKY and Tastes REAL bad but have a bottle of water in the other hand. The reason to eat celery is it actually burns more calories than you consume. So , Excercise, instead of fattening dinners, eat salads and maybe small bits of meant. Eat several times throughout the say but SMALL amounts. Like and apple or something. You should be on your way by then.

You should continue to eat healthy food but in a less quantity.
You should exercise regularly. TIP:drink lemonade mixed with honey every morning after brushing.Take it regularly for a weak- this will help u reduce u'r weight.

this is due to lack of exercise. prepare a daily workout regime.check the fat content in your diet. stop consuming red meat and oil surplus food. go for unskimmed milk. have lots of fruits.
