anyone know the best way to loss inches on your waist??..

cardio and situps
i know many people say that first you need to lose weight and then you make situps to define the muscles, but i really think it makes a difference if you do cardio and situps. it makes your waist slimmer much faster then only cardio. i say that because i've done it and it worked for me.

Cardio. cardio, cardio! Walk, run, swim, bike...anything that gets your heart rate up. Do it for at least 30 minutes per day. Combine that with some toning exercises. Best wishes!

Anything that gets your heart up for about 30 minutes a day.
Also, cut your portions in half.
