in effects of high tempereture the placed country in the world may be drowned under water. so how can we save our country ? it also a low place

Most of the past scientific evidence shows that most of the water will be stored in vegetation, water vapor, and groundwater. The max rise in sea level would be a few feet. True that could drastically effect small island countries, but larger countries economies would not be effect. Plus the First world has proven that the are wonderful at creating dikes. For example Holland and New Orleans (the city is an average of 15 feet below sea level and in a major hurricane area, and somehow people still wonder why it got flood.)

Most Climate scientist agree that contrary to Al Gore's claims, global warming will cause the oceans to rise less than two feet (20-22 inches). I think most places can survive that kind of increase.
