Political Parties
Edit to add
fao Nat's J.
I answered the question originally before the original questioner had added the "extra info" bit. So my answer would have been correct!

If you are referring to two or more organisations then it would be political parties, no apostrophe needed at all.
If you are referring to a policy belonging to a political party, then it would be The Conservative (for example - I'm not a Tory, I'm a dedicated floating voter) Party's Policy on Teddy Bears.
Parties' would indicate that something belonged to two or more political parties and ....
I can't think why partys' would exist because the apostrophe AFTER the 's' would indicate that the word ends in an 's' which party doesn't, so therefore to make it end in an 's', you would have to pluralise it but that would make it parties and we've already covered that.

Ignoring the capitalization differences, the first and third can be correct depending on the context. I think the second isn't quite right.
I think you are asking for the plural, in which case "political parties" is correct.
If you are asking about something that belongs to a party, such as it's platform, you would use the third form, as in:
"The political party's manifesto called for reform," although you probably would use the specific party's name.
The second form would be used for something possessed by all political parties:
In today's world, all political parties' creeds call for patriotism."
The "parties" needs to be the plural form, and that the apostrophe is added to indicate possession.

You could use the first and last but not the second as the plural of party is never partys.
e.g.
'There are many political parties in Britain.'
'This political party's manifesto is very good.'
If you wanted to use the plural it would be like this:
'The political parties' conferences are held in different towns.'

According to the added detail on your question, the correct one would be:
party's - as it refers to one political party .... whatever it follows to complete the statement.
political parties - several political parties, standing alone, without need to add more words or explanation
political parties',,,, the opinion, policy, etc. of more than one political party

Okay, simple..
If there's only one party then the correct way is
"The Danish political party's attitudes towards foreign nationals"
If there's more than one party, then it will be
"The Danish political parties' attitudes towards foreign nationals"

from that context it's sort of hard to tell if you're speaking of various political parties or just one.
If it's just one, the correct form is "political party's"
if there are more than one that you're referencing, "political parties' "

It depends with what you mean."Political parties" is plural or many parties, "political partys' "is wrong and meaningless in grammar and "political party's",means ownership of.eg Lion emblem is the political party's symbol.Sample that and get your meaning.
