how long would it take before i see results if i did 45 minutes of cardio and around like 15 minutes of toning everyday?

Hi Amy,

Well done on making the jump to getting fit and healthy! You made no mention of what type of diet you are following, I will presume a healthy one.

As for how long you will have to wait to see results, I would say about 4 - 6 weeks before you seen any real results. Never under estimate how important diet is in achieving lasting fat loss.

The only changes I would make to your routine is to change your cardio from low-intensity to High Intensity as this has been proven to increase fat burning activity.

Keep the Intensity and Motivation high, and you will achieve all your goals!
