How would I say "Your hair looks nice" in spanish (cuban) to be exact

"Tu cabello luce bien", or it could be, "tu cabello luce lindo". Spanish is Spanish, is not Cuban or Mexican or Panamanian Spanish. Good luck, I hope this helps you, amigo.

"Tu pelo se ve muy bonito"

I would say it: Tu pelo esta muy bonito. This also means your hair looks nice and it sounds better.
