Two signs fall into one month Astrologically speaking,the signs are dated from around the 21st of each month normally, if one birthday falls on a cusp the subject would have traits of the previous sign. Aries March 20th - April 21st Taurus April 22nd - 21st May . So yes two people born in the same month are completely different, it depends entirely on the natal birth chart, that is the day and time you were born.

Absolutely. Each decanate, dwad is different. And then there are individual degrees. A 16 degree Aries will not be the same as a 20 degree Aries. On any given day 144 million people can be born, and just like snowflakes, no two will be the same, not even twins; they will have different birth times, planetary placements, yada yada..

Technically, we all have similarities and we are all different from everyone. So yes they would. But they would also have similarities with people born in other months.

perhaps but it would depend on the date and on the place of the moon at the time they were born if one was born early in the month and the other later they might be more different

me and my partner were born in the same month hes a Libra I'm a Scorpio and we do have similarities were both stubborn and never back down, always makes an interesting argument
