I hope you have the receipt or copy of the ticket that contains the PNR. Contact the Air India office near to you and register a complaint. However the airline staff can even track the ticket details by name and issue a duplicate one. Carry your passport for the identification purpose.

Nowadays, due to computer, one can lodge a complaint with Air India office and obtain duplicate one. However, one has to give valid proof of the person booking the ticket, mode of payment, country or city from which the ticket was obtained, etc.
