Hi All,

I have just built a patio and i have quite a bit of dry cement on my grass. There is a bit too much to pick up by hand. Can anyone recommend a method of removing the cement.

Someone has told me to use a lawnmower to do it, but to watch out for flying stones. Would this be the best solution.

Thanks in advance

Matt

Scoop it up with a flat point shovel or scoop shovel. Mowing could be too hazardous. You don't have to get it all in one day. Any one can eat an elephant, one bite at a time.

how can there be too much to pick up by hand? you must have had yards left over. break it up and clean it up.

it might be better to remove the grass and start with a fresh lawn. it will be a long hard job trying to remove the concrete.the lawn will probley die anyway.*
