Live is going to be a problem, as streaming servers cost $$$, both hardware and software.
Archived ain't that bad. Basically you have your sermon videotaped, then you play the videotape into a PC digitizer and record the video in digital form. Most can record to AVI directly, and if you keep the res small enough you should be able to do it pretty fast (as fast as the actual video is playing). Then just put the file on the web, update the webpage to link to it, and you're done. Or you can even feed the live stream into PC to be digitized ASAP, skip a step and save more time.
PC digitzer is cheap, starting under $100 nowadays. Dazzle and Pinnacle make a whole slew of them that accepts all sorts of inputs, from composite and S-Video to Component and HDMI. Pick one compatible with the camera.
