I think I do for the most part. I try to recognize when I'm being unfair or mean and ask myself if this person deserves to be treated badly. I admit that sometimes I don't recognize my behavior soon enough.

of course and sometimes farther then that
if i am having a bad day i still try to smile and be nice
you never know if the person you just smiled at is alone and the only nice thing that will happen to them today is the smile you gave them.
i always smile at older ppl they may go home to an empty house and no friends to call and that smile is it

i always do ...but it never really works atleast not with me cause i end up gettin treated like crap either ways !! but yeah u should treat ppl the way you'd want em to treat u !
