You look like a handsome young man to me. Let me give you a little tip from a much older gal though. Any woman worth your time doesn't focus on your looks as much as she does your personality, attitude and sense of humor. Looks fade but being a decent human lasts a lifetime.

First off, this isn't Hot or Not. I would hope that this forum would have a *bit* more depth.
As to your question, I'm not a fan of piercings, but otherwise, you're fine.
I think the number one thing that could increase your attrctiveness would be confidence. If you're asking a bunch of strangers to evaluate you, then maybe you need to reassess your priorities.

there is absolutely nothing wrong with your looks!!
you have a great skin colour, awesome hair and the piercing really suits you...
if you came on here for people to reinforce that for your ego then thats naughty lol.
but if you genuinely feel that you are ugly then you need to have more self confidence and believe that you are good looking.

you are not ugly infact if i was to see you in a club i would try and tap u up,i love men with dark skin,hair and eyes and those lips of yours are to die for nice and plump,shame i cant bump inti you.lol. get some confidence and go flaunt it i would.xxxxxxxxx ive just noticed your 21 your hot for that age and your in the uk where im gonna find you..only messing my neighbour said your well nice too,hope your feeling a little better.x

Lose the piercing. Like the hair. Clean your face up a bit (I mean, like, a facial cleanser...not that you look dirty.) and get some sleep and hydration. It's your eyebags that make you look kind of off, believe me. Just get some sleep and lightening cream (sorry, you'll have to resort to chemical interventions) and you'll look pretty darn spiffy.

If you look good you feel good. try not using so much gel and take out the piercing it dosent make you look hard.
